By administering the Survey of Healthcare Experiences of Patients (SHEP) since 2017, DG Insights has proudly supported the largest integrated healthcare network in the United States, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). DG Insights collects and analyzes data to help the VA act on critical patient experience insights.
